About this event
Culture: Our New Normal draws attention to the current events of black culture and how they continue to shape history. Join us for an art exhibition that celebrates and gives honor to the exceptional history centered around African American Culture. The exhibition will feature paintings, drawings, sculptures and mixed-media from various artists showcasing their perspective of how they view black culture.
Bisong Art Gallery has partnered with The D.R.E.A.M Affect Foundation in donating a portion of all art sales to scholarships for students of our local HBCU, Prairie View A&M University. These scholarships will allow young artists of color to have the opportunity to broaden there skills and education and reform the under-representation of minorities in the fine arts.
